From raw materials to delivery
From raw material preparation to finished packaging, every stage is managed in-house at our factory. Our integrated six-stage production process ensures consistent quality, efficient manufacturing and flexible customization to meet each customer’s requirements.
01PE resins are selected and blended with additives and color masterbatch according to technical specifications to meet the requirements of each product.
02The raw materials are processed into plastic film to the specified thickness and film width. The film is then printed with logos, images and brand information according to the approved design.
03The plastic film is fed into cutting and sealing machines to produce finished bags, including T-shirt bags, garbage bags, flat bags, zipper bags, drawstring bags and roll bags.
04Products are inspected for key specifications, including dimensions, film thickness, seal integrity, print quality and appearance, in accordance with the technical requirements of each order.
05Finished bags are counted, sorted and packed according to the required packing specifications, then packed into cartons and labeled in accordance with customer requirements.
06Finished goods undergo final inspection before shipment, are palletized where required, and have the necessary shipping documents prepared for delivery according to the agreed schedule.

We proceed with production, inspect product quality and pack the finished goods according to customer requirements.
